MITECH ROT renovation rendering mortar

MITECH ROT renovation rendering mortar is a mix of Portland cement, quartz aggregates and admixtures. It is intended for rendering (floating coat) under Mitech RZT and RZT-WTA renovation renders and other cement and cement-lime renders. When using under Mitech RZT-WTA renovation render the rendering mortar should be reinforced with Mitech EZP adhesion boosting emulsion. In such cases the render mortar should be mixed with a mixture of 2 parts of water with 1 part of adhesion boosting emulsion by volume. Under renovation render the rendering mortar should be applied in openwork pattern, i.e. onto approx. 50% of the surface area. The mortar is suitable for use on any typical construction substrates (brickwork walls, concrete). It can be used indoors and outdoors. The product is water- and frost-proof.
