Multi-purpose MITECH RTW renovation render is a one-component, ready-to-use, grey-coloured cement mortar, based on special sulphate-resistant binders with pozzolanic effect, selected aggregates, synthetic resins and special additives. After adding and mixing with water, it is especially convenient to use, because the single product can be used to apply the following renovation render layers: anti-saline barrier, floating coat and storing render. The product features the following properties: temporary anti-saline barrier, very good adhesion to substrates and resistance to saline, hydrophobic properties creating a high resistance to capillary rise of water and salt solutions at the contact surface of render and wall, high porosity allowing for controlled salt crystallisation inside the render layer, high permeability to vapour, which allows damp walls to dry freely and intensely. The zone of water evaporation is not on the outer render surface, but inside it. It results in the lack of salt efflorescences or dampness spots on the render surface. The render meets the WTA requirements. It is suitable for interior and external use. It is intended for use as a renovation render for drying construction bulkheads (partitions) (overground walls, basement walls, ceiling, etc.), with dampness or saline spots. It is especially recommended for use on historical buildings. WARNING! The render is not suitable for use in permanent contact with the ground and to permanent contact with stationary or floating water.
