MITECH SPW agent is a ready-to-use bonding and drying accelerator for acrylic, silicone, silicate, siloxane and silicone-silicate plasters and dispersion paints. It is especially recommended for use during façade installation work at low temperatures ranging from +1 to +10°C and at an elevated air humidity up to around 80%. The agent accelerates the evaporation of water from the material applied and reduces considerably the stage of drying for dispersion products. Thanks to this, the second stage of bonding the binder can start much earlier while the material applied binds sooner (as early as after 5–6 hours) and becomes resistant to sudden temperature drop or precipitation. The speed of this agent depends on air temperature and humidity. The agent is added directly to plaster/render or paint mix before applying them onto the façade.
